Your order is not considered accepted until we confirm it and successfully process your payment.

Order cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded prior to delivery.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. You represent that your purchases are for personal or household use only — not for commercial resale or export.

Section 4 — Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling charges unless explicitly stated.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete payment information for all purchases. By submitting payment information, you represent that:

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 8–10 business days across the United States. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We ship exclusively within the United States. We do not ship to international addresses, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Livari is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Weather, natural disasters, or other events outside our control
  • Customs or regulatory delays

Livari's Services are powered by Shopify. However, all sales, purchases, and transactions are made directly with LIVARI LLC.
