Refund policy

At Livari, we want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help — no return shipping required.

Our Refund-Only Policy

To make things easier for you, we do not require customers to ship items back to us. If your order qualifies for a refund under the conditions below, we'll issue either a full or partial refund directly to your original payment method — you keep the item.

Refund Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.

Eligible Reasons for a Refund

You may request a refund if:

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item or wrong size
  • Your order never arrived (confirmed as lost in transit)
  • The item significantly differs from its product description

Full or partial refunds are issued at our discretion based on the nature of the issue:

  • Full refund: Item is defective, wrong, or never delivered
  • Partial refund: Minor issues (small cosmetic flaws, minor variations in color or packaging) where the item is still usable

How to Request a Refund

Email us at contact@trylivari.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear photo or video showing the issue (required for damaged, defective, or incorrect items)
  3. A brief description of the problem

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and respond with a resolution.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse after the order has shipped
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
  • Failure to provide photo or video evidence when requested
  • Sale, clearance, or items marked "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards
  • Delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier but reported missing (please contact the carrier directly for lost-package claims)

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled or modified.

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, contact us at contact@trylivari.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days at contact@trylivari.com if you notice any damage or defects. Reports made after 7 days may not qualify for a full refund.
