At Livari, we work to ensure your order arrives fast, safely, and in perfect condition. Our goal is to provide a shopping experience that's clear, reliable, and enjoyable from start to finish.
Order Processing Times
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team prepares your shipment as efficiently as possible.
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- In exceptional cases (supplier delays, weather, or high demand), processing may take slightly longer
- If any delay occurs, we'll notify you by email
We ship your order as quickly as possible.
Delivery Times
Once shipped, the estimated delivery window within the United States is 8–10 business days. In over 94% of cases, orders arrive before the maximum estimated timeframe.
The following factors may occasionally affect delivery (you'll be informed if any apply):
- Carrier or postal service delays
- Adverse weather conditions
- High-volume periods (holidays, sales, promotional events)
- Address verification issues
While delivery times are estimates, we guarantee that you will receive your product.
How Do I Cancel My Order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@trylivari.com. We prioritize cancellation requests.
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, your order enters processing and cannot be cancelled or modified.
Shipping Schedule
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Split Shipments
We work with multiple fulfillment centers to get your order to you as quickly as possible. This means your order may arrive in separate packages on different days.
If you receive one package first, don't worry — the remaining items are on their way and will arrive shortly.
What If My Order Is Delayed?
If more than 20 business days have passed since your order was placed and you still haven't received it, please contact us at contact@trylivari.com and we'll look into it immediately.
If your order is still within the estimated delivery window, we recommend tracking its status using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within the United States, including all 50 states. At this time, we do not ship to:
- International addresses
- U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)
- APO/FPO military addresses
- PO Boxes
Can Delays Happen?
While we strive to meet all shipping estimates, like any ecommerce business, delivery times may occasionally be affected by:
- Extreme weather conditions
- Carrier delays or technical issues
- High demand during special dates (Black Friday, holidays, major sales)
- Unforeseen logistical disruptions
Important: Although some parts of the shipping process are outside our control, we guarantee you will receive your product.

If your shipping details are incorrect or incomplete, contact us immediately at contact@trylivari.com. Livari is not responsible for failed deliveries, returned packages, or additional charges resulting from customer-provided errors.
Shipping costs and fees are non-refundable unless the delay or error is directly attributable to Livari.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, Livari is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received the package, please:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Look around your property (porch, mailbox, side doors)
- Contact the carrier directly to file a claim
- Reach out to us at contact@trylivari.com if you need additional support
In Case of Disputes
Any shipping-related concerns are governed by our Refund Policy and Terms of Service, which we apply with full transparency and respect for our customers.
